If you have lost data the best thing to do is not to panic. In most cases data is recoverable. Try to resisit the temptation to have a go your self as this may mean that revovery will be more difficult and hence more expensive. We will give you a call back and talk through your options and make arrangments to have your media sent to us for inspection. We operate a no data no fee policy, this means if we cannot recover "anything" you do not pay. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return postage.
