If you have a current support contract remote support is already included with in your hours or will be added to your next invoice if you are out of hours. Remote support is available for non-contract customers for a £45 ex VAT fee. This can be paid via paypal with your credit or debit card, you do not need a paypal account or create one to pay.

• Windows Quick Support - Once the link opens if possible select "Run" or "Save" the file to your desktop and run it from there. Click Run from the Open File Security Warning. We will then ask you for your ID and Password from the TeamViewer Screen
• Apple Quick Support - Once the link opens find the file, most likely in your downloads folder. Double click the zip file to expand the TeamViewerQS file double click this file and We will then ask you for your ID and Password from the TeamViewer Screen
