If you haven’t yet updated your iPhone/iPad to the new 6.1 or 6.1.1 updates good ! Apple are working on a fix for an issue with syncing calendars with exchange servers that can cause the server to slow or stop responding. This can then have a knock on effect of stopping email working for other users connected to that server. It’s been a tough week this week lots of jobs from Sonos installs to Wifi Printing and server rebuilds. But the prize for the strangely satisfying job goes to the Mac user who’s iMac lost his mail settings due to a power cut. The only application that wasn’t working was mail it was asking to setup new mail accounts when it was started so the plist settings file was damaged.
